Eligibility of Tenderer.

This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderer as mentioned below.

The Tender may be a physical or juridical individual or body of individuals or company association or any combination of them under agreement in the from of intended existing joint venture consortium or association (JVCA) subject to the condition that eligible category of Contractors/Tenders stated about have minimum 10 (Ten) years of general experience in similar nature works Having experience in successful completion of at least 1(one) number of similar nature work in a single work order in Bangladesh of Government/.Semi Government /Autonomous Organization during last 5 (Five) years including water supply & sanitary and electrical works of Tk. 11.50 (Eleven Point Five) Crore in a single tender. The experience certificate for successful completion of works shall have to be issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer concerned Department/Organization duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of P.W.D of that district/Area under whose jurisdiction the work has been done as per format (From W-9) for this purpose with the tender document.

 (b) Turn Over:-The Tenderer shall have a minimum Average Annual Construction Turn over during the last 5 (five) years shall be minimumTk. 10.00 (Ten) Crore.

 

 

(c) Liquid Assets:-The minimum amount of free funds(liquid Assets) and or credit facilities net of other contractual commitments of the successful Tenderer shall be Tk. 2.50 (Two Point Five) Crore  (This certificate should be unconditional).

(d) The tenderer must submit: (i) Attested photocopy of up to date income tax clearance certificate (ii) Valid Attested photocopy of VAT registration certificate (iii) Attested photocopy of up to date trade license (iv) Attached photocopy of up to date Valid ABC Category Contractor and Supervisory License from Electricity Licensing Board. Govt. of Bangladesh.   

(e) The original money receipt of purchasing tender document must be included with the original tender document.

(f) Other required eligibility and conditions of the tender are show in tender data sheet of tender documents.

(g) This tender notice in brief and the details of the tender can be seen form the office of the undersigned during office hours.

(h) The minimum qualification requirements of leading partner and other partner (s) of a JVCA shall be as per ITT 18.2 of TDS.

23.

Special Instruction

(a) The Procuring Entity reserves the right to accept or reject any tender without assigning any reason whatsoever.

(b) If the Tenderer submits any false/incorrect or forged certificate the tenderer will be debarred for 5(Five) years and the tender security will be forfeited.

(c) The Tenderer will have to submit 3 (Three) sets of Tender one in Original Other two as Duplicate.

(d) If necessary item wise analysis may asked from the lowest Tenderer.

(e) Every page of the tender document including BOQ must be initialed with seal by the tenderer.
