A draft gradation list has been prepared for employees working as Assistant Administrative Officers in the 14th grade in general administration for the purpose of promotion to the post of "Deputy Administrative Officer" in the offices of the Deputy Commissioner and Upazila Executive Officer. As per Rule 9(2) Sub-rule (1) of Non-Cadre Officers and Employees (Seniority and Promotion) Rules, 2011, if anyone has any objections, complaints and suggestions regarding the draft gradation list, they should be informed in writing within 30 working days of the publication of the list. No objections, complaints and suggestions will be entertained after 30 working days and the gradation list published as per rule 9(3) sub-rule (2) of the Non-Cadre Officers and Employees (Seniority and Promotion) Rules, 2011 will be considered as the final list.
