District Sports Organization

Citizen's Charter

 

Office's own activities

To develop sports standards at the grassroots level

A) 6 upazila based sports programs are implemented. Of which 4 sports competitions and 4 trainings.

B) To inspect educational institutions and sports clubs in all the upazilas of the district and provide various directions for the development of sports dust.

C) To distribute sports materials and provide financial grants among the educational institutions and sports clubs through the Ministry of Youth and Sports and the Directorate of Sports through the District Sports Office.

D) A proposal to implement sports competitions and sports from union to national level in the non-participation of 10-12 boys and girls from all educational institutions and educational institutions of the district is under consideration in the Ministry.

 

Cooperation in local administration and related office activities

A) To provide overall cooperation in various national events under the management of district mitigation.

B) To provide overall support to the Department of Education , Regional Education Department and District Education Office as a member of the working committee of the National School and Madrasa Sports Association from the upazila to the national level in school and madrasa sports programs.

C) To provide overall support to the sports activities of different levels of the organization as a member of the executive committee of the district sports body.

D) As a member of the Sports Committee of the Magura Board of Education to provide overall support to the Board at various levels of sports.

E) To provide overall cooperation in various sports activities of the academy as a member of the steering committee of the district children's academy.

F) To co-operate in the relevant activities of the Department as a member of the Committee on Drug Control.

G) To provide overall cooperation to the Department of Youth Development in Magura Youth Day and other related activities.

H) To provide overall support to the activities of the Department of Agriculture , Fisheries , Forests , Cooperatives and Social Services on various National Day activities.

I) To provide overall cooperation in sports activities of local government and private educational institutions and various offices.
